As women, we experience five major phases of life: puberty, pre-natal, post-natal, perimenopause, and menopause. Each phase comes with its own unique challenges, but no matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to help you navigate it with strength and confidence!

My mission is to empower women to overcome their challenges, reclaim their health, and build the strength—inside and out—to live their best lives.

My Story: From Struggle to Strength

My journey to health and healing has been deeply personal. As a survivor of sexual assault and molestation, I carried emotional and physical scars for years. Becoming a mother brought its own set of challenges: giving birth, tearing, and struggling with a tight pelvic floor that caused pain during intimacy and even during basic bodily functions. I experienced the embarrassment of pelvic floor dysfunction, such as pooping during orgasm, and the frustration of feeling disconnected from my body.​

But I refused to let my pain define me. I embarked on a journey to heal my pelvic floor from the effects of past traumas and childbirth. Through research, dedication, and support, I regained control over my body. Today, I experience intimacy without pain, enjoy the freedom of functional movement, and have control over my orgasms—proof of the incredible resilience of the human body when given the right care.

At one point, I felt broken—emotionally, physically, and sexually.

Finding Strength in Jiu-Jitsu

My healing wasn’t just physical. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu became an essential part of my emotional recovery. It taught me how to reclaim my power and helped me process the pain of my past in a safe, supportive environment. Through Jiu-Jitsu, I’ve gained confidence, learned to defend myself, and discovered an incredible community that uplifts and supports one another.

Now, as a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instructor, I’m committed to teaching women and children self-defense—not only to prevent traumatic experiences but to help them heal and rediscover their strength if they’ve already faced one.
